In these sessions, we explore your health journey so far, clarify your goals, and map out a personalised pathway towards a happier, healthier, more informed you.
Whats included?

1:1 Initial consultation & goal setting tailored to your health history with Expert physiotherapist (30 mins)

1:1 Consultation with Expert Nutritionist (30 mins)

4 x 30 minute follow up sessions (split between expert physiotherapist and expert nutritionist depending on your needs)

Follow up sessions will be individualised, with a focus on:

Sleep, Stress and Mental Health review

Muscle Strength Assessment with baseline markers

Personalised Exercise Plan

Medication and Supplement review with guidance around testing

Corporate Wellbeing
Employee well-being is important, and learning what to eat on a day to basis is at the core of that. At TOP Physiotherapy and TOP Health, we offer in-person or online health presentations, perfect for an office lunch and learn.

Corporate wellness presentations are evidence-based and highly informative, while also created to make the information applicable to day to day life. Each presentation is designed to be filled with take home message and easy to action pointers. These can be interactive as part of team-building days or can be made as quick lunch-time CPD sessions.

Presentations are offered in-person in Milton Keynes, Bedford or Northampton or online for further afield offices.

We currently offer three different presentations, detailed below, varying from gut health and keeping active to avoid injury and womens hormones. However, if there is a specific topic that you would like covered, we are happy to create something new!
