WHAT IS TOP HEALTH'S NEW PATIENT PROCEDURE?

We like to keep things simple and convenient for our clients so all you will need to do during your first appointment with us is spend just a couple of minutes to sign our new patient consent form. Then will then go through a detailed background of what your concerns are before making a personalised plan and providing appropriate advice and treatment options. 

 

I HAVE FORGOTTEN WHEN MY NEXT APPOINTMENT IS

We understand that you lead a hectic life and the last thing you want is something else to remember. That's why we have a text reminder service. You will receive a text 48 hours before your next appointment, just to give you one less thing to worry about. 

 

However, if you want a bit more notice then just give us a call or text (01234 385 611) and we can happily tell you over the phone.  

WHAT IS TOP HEALTH'S CANCELLATION POLICY?

If you need to re-arrange or cancel your appointment that is fine, we understand things change. So as long as you give us 48 hours notice ahead of your next appointment, no charge will be issued. If you give less than 24 hours notice you will be asked to cover the cost of the session.  

DO I NEED A DOCTOR’S REFERRAL?

Put Simply - No.

 

Nutritionists are autonomous practitioners so no referral from any other professional is needed.

HOW LONG DO I NEED TO WAIT FOR AN APPOINTMENT?

We do not have a waiting list so you should be able to get an appointment within a week or two. If you want an evening appointment you may have to wait a little longer but give us a call to see
