CHARLOTTE LUCAS - MSc, BSc Hons, PG Dip, GPhC
Charlotte is a UK-registered pharmacist, registered nutritionist, and functional medicine practitioner with over 30 years of experience in both the NHS and private practice. She is a recognised specialist in the field of women’s health, with a strong focus on the root causes of chronic health concerns — including gut health, hormonal imbalances, autoimmune conditions, and long-term inflammatory issues.

Charlotte combines her expertise in pharmaceuticals and clinical nutrition with a personalised, whole-body approach. She helps clients move beyond short-term symptom relief, offering clear, evidence-informed strategies to understand and address the deeper imbalances driving their health concerns.

Her master’s research in Nutritional Medicine focused on the gut microbiome and cancer immunotherapy — and her ongoing fascination with the gut–immune–hormone axis continues to underpin much of her clinical work. Charlotte describes herself as a gut health “geek,” with a passion for helping clients make sense of complex health challenges through a blend of science, experience, and empathy.

Charlotte is a member of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society, the Association for Nutrition, the College of Medicine, the Institute for Functional Medicine, and the British Society for Integrative Oncology.

Known for her clarity, compassion, and clinical depth, Charlotte supports clients to let go of the exhausting pursuit of fragmented answers — and instead uncover the real drivers behind their symptoms, with practical support that restores confidence, resilience, and lasting results.
