Using diagnostic ultrasound, I can look directly at the tissues causing your pain, so together we can see the problem clearly and understand exactly what you're dealing with. Because at TOP, if we're not measuring, we're guessing, and guessing isn't good enough for you.

Where it's the right option, I offer ultrasound guided treatments including corticosteroid, hyaluronic acid (HA) and Arthrosamid injections, as well as more advanced procedures such as shoulder hydrodilatation and calcific tendon barbotage. Image guidance means every treatment is precise, targeted and carried out with care.

But an injection is never the whole story. I'll take the time to listen, explain what the scan shows, and guide you through a plan that gets you moving well and back to doing what you love, for the long term rather than a quick patch up.
